This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies are, and how the Norvella Cuisine website uses them. The short version: this website does not place any cookies on your device and does not use tracking technologies. This is why you do not see a cookie banner when you visit us.

The website’s scripts only make the navigation menu, the “Top” button, the image gallery and the enquiry forms work, and they read our company details from a file stored on our own website. All fonts, images, style sheets and scripts are delivered from our own website. Your browser therefore does not contact external content networks or font services when you view our pages, which means that no third party receives information about your visit through them.

4. Browser Cache and Server Logs

Your browser may keep copies of our pages and images in its cache so that they load faster on your next visit. This cache is managed entirely by your browser, is not a cookie, and contains nothing that identifies you to us. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.

Our web server receives the technical information that every browser sends when requesting a page (such as your IP address and browser type). This is not a cookie and is used only to deliver and secure the website, as explained in our Privacy Policy .

5. External Websites

The Contact page includes a link that opens our location in an external map service. If you follow that link, you leave our website and the map service may set its own cookies under its own cookie and privacy policies. Nothing is loaded from that service unless you click the link.

Similarly, when you use one of our enquiry forms, the message is opened in your own e-mail application; any cookies or tracking used by your e-mail provider are governed by that provider’s policies.
